When Paul Heskel a tester at Southall MOT Ltd. in West London pulled the 2006 VW Polo he was testing on to the ramp he felt it to be very unstable, so he was expecting to find the suspension bushes a little tired.
However to his surprise he found them to be a more than a little worn, as he says “how do people drive their vehicles in this condition, as this is a major risk for road safety I failed it for excessive movement of the wishbone bush”.
We agree with Paul and it never ceases to amaze us how someone can drive a vehicle in this condition without suspecting there is something wrong, at least this is one which has been removed from the road.
